Glad to hear it's going to be a replacement for the Address Book, since I've been looking for an alternative for a while. I've looked into CRM solutions, but most are too complicated and not very intuitive for recreational use. I've also tried Bento to create custom forms, but I'd much rather have a standalone application for managing my contacts. I think Monday might be closer to the answer I've been looking for. I did a quick mashup in Photoshop with a few of my suggestions. And the dividing line in the bottom toolbar between the +Group button and the +Contact button is 1 pixel off from the dividing line in the area above. Also I think the placement of the sort button is a bit awkward. Maybe remove the lines and spacing in the bottom toolbar and align all buttons to the left. The Edit Contact button also looks a bit out of place...
